My ELP was very helpful when I had questions about switching from my group health insurance to private. He gave me many options to choose from, and even explained the ins and outs of Cobra before my own insurance took effect. He and his staff were very helpful with every question, and when I didn't know my plan number to contact one of the companies back with questions they had for me, his staff offered to take care of that for me.
